"David Vincent read in a newspaper report, what a electrical linesman described to his mates just before his death. A man who seemed to be glowing. The history was investigated by the police and soon forgotten. Searching for the truth, David Vincent went to Fort Scott in Florida, headquarters of the Vikor Enterprises and maybe the covering of people from an unknown world."
