This is with no doubt the most
important alien in the planet of the invaders. He is the
absolute leader of them. The first time Vincent met him,
was when he was in a regeneration center. |
Vincent kidnapped him just before he got
regenerated. During the time they spent together, the leader
revealed to him that one single word from him would be enough to
stop the alien activities on Earth; that the invasion process
could be stopped if he wanted that. He is so important to the
aliens, that if he died in the hands of Vincent, the invaders
would possibly declare total war against the Earth to revenge his
death.
| He proved to be a gentleman, an alien
who kept his word, when he accept to meet human
authorities to try to negotiate a possible peace treaty.
Vincent arranged that meeting but it was ruined by a
crazy human, a lunatic general called Sam Concannon, who affirmed he was speaking in the name of
the president of the USA, but in fact he was lying and
just wanted to kill the alien leader and his command
staff. |

The leader told Vincent he
could arrange in the future another meeting to discuss the peace,
such kind of negotiation would depend on his will.
